I've held 2 accounts for 10 years and one for 4 at gsb. Never any problems everything ran smoothly but nothing to distinguish it from other banks I've dealt with until recently. I used PayPal to pay for something online that turned out to be a fraud (over 700). That paypal was linked to a gsb debit card, not credit.card. And then a few days later some other unauthorized charges were made (probably by the same criminal or his associates as the first fraudulent transaction). If I could leave a zero I would. Worst customer service I've ever received from a bank and I banked with them for 4 years, continuous issues all the time with my account, constantly being locked out of my account and funnily enough always happens on a friday or saturday after houses so I can't do anything about it til monday because they don't give you a 24/7 customer care number to get stupid shit like this figured out but if someone from another damn state or country tries to use my card they let it go through and steal fr... read more
