Mark Stonehouse listens closely and works with you on your road to recovery. He’s attentive and is good at following up on your progress. Mark is always willing to adapt to make his patient comfortable but wants to push to get good results, benefiting you in the end. He is very clear in giving good instructions to help you out. Mark is extremely good at what he does and he’s kind and caring.
I had an incredible experience with Grand river physio. The staff are exceptional both in the area of expertise just also in how they treat their clients. My physiotherapist is so talented and I could not believe how skilled he was in coming up with treatment as my issue had a few bumps in the road - he was never at a loss for ideas that worked and he was so kind , listened , incredibly patient and quite entertaining . I have been seeing RMT Erin for a couple years now and she is fantastic! She is always on time and very accommodating for any preferences. She has helped a lot with my back and shoulder pain. I always look forward to my monthly massages with Erin and would recommend her to anyone. Thanks Erin!
I have been coming to see Erin for massage and Mark for physio for the last couple of years. Mark is great at working through issues and getting you to a point where you can work on your own to maintain your health. Erin provides the best massages. I see her monthly and recommend her to everyone I know. I appreciate the team and the level of service at Trailside. Highly recommend.
