Grand River Cab accommodated us for a small "emergency" trip to Cambridge on a day that was turning out to be busy for them. l have not often needed a taxi, but, it was obvious to me that they paid great attention to giving great service . It was much appreciated. Five stars - no problem!!
Very high price. When I entered the cab it was already $9.00 and a 5 min ride cost me $20. In my opinion the driver rigged the meter as it was running very quickly. I take taxis in Toronto all the time and the meters don’t run quickly.
Grand river cabs drove my 3 girls to school every morning and the drivers were so kind to my kids always and went out their way for them. We will miss you guys when we move. Thanks for always being kind.
Danny was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond for us when my friend forgot her wallet at my place. Definitely recommend Grand River Cab!
Highly recommend this company. Bill was a life saver. Flagged him down as he passed us on the street after our car broke down in Paris. Drove me & my puppy 15km home, stopped at the bank so I could get cash to pay and even took care of my puppy while I went in the bank. Very courteous & extremely helpful. Van was very clean. Sorry for the dog hair, Bill, glad you love dogs so much!
