Company does not pay their carriers. They tell you that you will receive your money and that they have sent to your account, then say they sent to wrong account, and when you ask for your money to be sent to the right account (which was given from the start and confirmed multiple times), you are mistreated and verbally abused. STAY AWAY and don’t work with this company!!! If I could give zero stars, I would.
Very unprofessional company that misleads and wastes your time. Disappointing experience—karma will handle the rest. Wishing upon God to cost them triple the amount of what they put me through and in the end all they say is humans make mistake and make you suffer
Amazing company to work with, the people, the communication both excellent! Best business decision we made switching our shipping to Grand Porter! They keep in touch and you know where your shipment is and when it will arrive which takes away all the stress, as most of our shipping is time sensitive.
