Great Products/Poor Customer Service – I recently purchased my wedding invitations from the Grand Papery and the products are great. I had a less than pleasant experience with the owner of the store and found that she needs to improve her attitude towards her customers. The staff working in the store were helpful, friendly, and supportive.
