I am happy to report that corporate took notice on all the issues concerning my friend who resides there. There seems to be an upward trend on resident care and staff involvement with this facility. Thank you for compassion and understanding. my friend absolutely LOVES it at Grand Oaks and thats all that matters to me is her safety and happiness

Mr. Lewis correct.. there is no nurse on staff 24/7 , Teenagers are giving out meds, Meds are not be procured on a timely basis, there is only 1 person on staff at night with 26-30 residents. The residents are made to sit in dining room for up to an hour in the morning to get coffee while the new manager sits in her office, not assisting staff when they are short. Nice place and very clean. However, my mother is there. They advertise a nurse 24/7, there is not. They plan activities, but no-one shows up to do them. No one at front desk most of the time. And worst of all, the person who administers the medication has not yet graduated High School.
