Management awful! They expect more out the employees then what they can provide. Always short staffed, residents suffer from this issue. They write you up for things you didn't do. Because you didn't clean up someone else's mess. The few good c n a,s they have, Management treats bad. They are the ones that keep the place actually running. Administration is garbage, you’ll be mandated because Gayle won’t hire enough people. You clock in or out before or after your time, you’ll get a point. Residents die from choking and is covered up because they don’t have family. Wouldn’t work here or leave a family member here.
I would not put my gerbil here at this facility most of there kitchen dose not even work they never even have the supplies you need to do the job I feel very bad for these people that live there management dose not care about there employees or their residence they care more about saving the company money
