The place is a hidden gem and I have had deep-tissue massage here for almost 10 years. Just make sure to tip well as it is worth it.

Incredible experience every time. The experience is very painful, but always leaves me with a tangible lack of tension in the areas I ask them to focus on. I try my best to let them do their thing without much intervention..sometimes the pain is intolerable and I ask for lighter pressure, but I trust that the folks here know what they’re doing and leave feeling rewarded for working through it. Love this place have been coming here for years. Also got my husband addicted. It takes a while to get used to the pai —you really have to be conscious about your breathing and exhale during the most pressure. I would say it’s a relieving experience but not necessarily relaxing—anyway well worth it we’ll be back!!!

Blown away by the massage I got here today. I have thoracic outlet syndrome (including numbness going down my arms), a cervical herniated disc, and the most stubborn knots in my traps. I've gone to lots of the massage places in NYC, 5-star rated reviews for deep tissue, whatever. Spent 1000s of dollars. But nowhere can apply the deep pressure that I require for relief, until I went to Grand Nature.
