If I could leave 0 stars, I would, because 1 is too generous. If you are considering Grand Manor to care for your loved one, I cannot stress this enough: PLEASE LOOK ELSEWHERE. I would not trust this facility with someone you love. That place have rats and it need to be closed down no one knows nothing ask and don't get a answer hallways smell like pee need cleaning bad

I am living there now and they are great for the most part smiling faces and good care people don't realize how much the nurses have to go through
