This “mall” is a disgrace to the City of Grand Blanc. The shops are wonderful, Kim Rose has been there over 30 years and there are several other convenient businesses and shops. The mall and parking lot are both horrible in appearance and in being safe. It looks like something you would expect at an abandoned site ready for demolition. It is hard to believe the city has not stepped in and made the owner make the conditions in the parking lot safer.
