This review is long overdue. A couple years ago, my father stayed at the Monarch memory care unit. Of all the places that he stayed at, Grand Living at Tamaya stood out. Director Harriet Johnson and her staff worked extremely hard to make Dad comfortable and to work with his aggressive behavior from his dementia. The CEO, Regional Director, HR, and now former director ran another GL community to the ground. The regional director lacks the required certifications to assume the director position at Grand Living until they find someone - how is he qualified to hold this position? New investors, open your eyes.
