Grand Living, for us, has been a bait and switch. We were captivated by the fantastic facility and beautiful amenities & relieved to hear of the exceptional care offered in assisted living. Shortly after move in, what we were told/sold, wasn’t reality. “Grand” hasn’t been grand. Medications not given as we were told they’d be, and the same regarding escorts for dining.
