This firm needs a refresher course on time management. I entered on the wrong side of the building and was courteously escorted to the correct area by Gino. The receptionist, Dana was on the phone and put her call on hold to do her job. I’ve been in the building for 45 minutes and haven’t been approached by one lawyer. After filling out my paperwork I was escorted to a boardroom by Dana and no one has come in here. I can hear conversations outside the door but no one has come in to greet me and ask about my case.
