Went for a physical on 04-09-2025 and Dr Torres had not even reviewed the paperwork until I called and asked for a copy on 04-14-2025. Karen (RN or Medical Assistant) was forthright about this when I arrived. Unfortunately she put me on speaker when I first called and had to drive to the hospital. Karen was talking about another patient's EKG while I was left on speaker and it would have been inappropriate for me to receive another person's information or results.
