This was our first time at Grand Jay but our second experience with High Peaks. We had 11 people in our group and could not have been happier with the house. From the booking experience to our stay and up to departure was absolutely amazing. Gene is incredibly responsive to questions and was focused on making sure we had the best experience possible. Our group of 15 hikers had an absolutely wonderful stay at this stunning home. It offered more than enough space for everyone to spread out and relax, and the amenities were perfect for our needs. After our grueling 12-hour hike, the hot tub and sauna were a true highlight—providing the ultimate relaxation and rejuvenation. Back again at this wonderful place, reconnecting with our friends. As before, we were in close proximity to awesome hiking trails and the Lake Placid village for shopping. Great views of mountains from the living room, kitchen and deck, and very responsive host.
Gorgeous property, close to Lake Placid and very friendly and communicative owners. Would certainly recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area.
