Very helpful with lots of communication. They kept in contact, especially as my dad started to decline. Unlike another nursing home, they did their best to help us with the finances and insurance. They were very compassionate and understanding through our loss.
Very easy to visit and to use the kiosk.
Today was my first day at this facility, not impressed, very strong urine odor. My parents room was dirty, furniture peeling, bathroom in there room dirty. I couldn’t stay due to the smell. My parents clothes were dirty, meeting the staff for the first time I was not impressed, they had no question and really didn’t want to be bothered. Residents yelling no one to be found.
