Horrible facility overall. A few of the staff are kind, caring, but majority could care less about the residents. Constantly missing cellphone chargers, failure by staff to charge hearing aids for clients. Facility very rundown and in disrepair. Yes, I'll be transferring my parent out ASAP.
Staff provides wonderful support for my family.
Staff is very nice. The toughest part is getting the visitor badge- the process is great but trying to get the actual visitor badge separated from the backing is very challenging!
We visited,a friend and the staffing room were wonderful. He just got there today
