We tried a few furniture stores in the area and grand home furnishings checked all the boxes for us. The overall experience and interaction there was wonderful! Right away we got all the assistance we were looking for along with additional information, we got to take looking around and decision making at our own pace so we didn’t feel rushed. I had a wonderful experience working with Tanner Melki at Grand! He was so knowledgeable about product lines, availability, pricing etc He listened to my needs and walked me straight to what I had explained that I needed. He really knows his line of work and has a great personality! The ladies in the back were wonderful with paperwork as well!
I was impressed by knowledge of salesperson, however we were not offered any water on one of the hottest days of the year and we were never offered any chocolate chip cookies.
