Royce was great at Grand! He helped me choose a bed and couch that fit my needs and took the time to find what worked best for me. I really appreciate his help and would definitely recommend working with him!
I’ve purchased from this store a few years ago & had a great experience. But I walked back in today to buy a sofa set/ sectional & didn’t have the best experience. Royce helped my husband & I. He came off very abrasive. Had a very smart tone to his voice. Seemed as if he was talking down to us in a way. I’ve never wanted to run out of a store quicker than today because of our experience. Will not return.
