Yesterday I went to Grand Home Furnishings to replace a house full of furniture I lost due to a fire. I was expecting it to be a very difficult process, but I must tell you the entire staff was very helpful. Especially a young man who spent his whole day helping pick out pieces and making sure I got everything I needed. He was patient, didn't make me feel rushed and explained everything to me. I was totally impressed.
Our salesman Logan was exceptionally experienced in his knowledge of what we were looking for and never tried to over sell us. It wasn't an all day event and everything moved smoothly. Grand has always been a wonderful experience since moving to Roanoke in 1975.
Matt provided superb customer service and helped us with our purchase of a high quality bedroom suit that will last a lifetime!! The staff in the purchasing department were extraordinary!! We appreciate your service and dedication!!
