Steve Lowe at the Kingsport Grand Home Furnishings store is truly amazing and goes above and beyond for his clients. My daughter (who has always bought her furniture from Steve) just purchased her first home and scheduled to have her furniture delivered the day she moved in. There were a couple obstacles that came up and that wasn’t going to happen, but Steve made miracles happen for that delivery and my daughter is over the top thrilled. We will be clients for life!
