Have used Grand General products for years. Very seldom had any issues with any of their products. But in the rare occurrence that something was wrong, it was always resolved with no delay. They are always coming up with new products that no one else has. I will always be a customer of Grand General🥇👍💯
No customer service. Wiring harness is built for 3/4" bullet lights and the plug is larger than 3/4. Hundreds of dollars wasted. Noone answers any of the phones, Noone returns voicemail.
I would like to recognize this company and a certain employee Kevin on the fantastic job they do and the excellent customer service they have, I was having issues with the load lights I purchased for my new 2025 Kenworth T-680 Next Gen and I contacted these guys directly and spoke to Kevin which was eagered to figure out the problem and went above and beyond to get this problem figured out which I had to go a different route with the lights but I'm glad I did now, these guys will work with you with any problems you have with... read more
