The western branch location are very rude. Do NOT get behind they WILL take matters to the extreme and jack up your checking acct and when you do go and talk with them and set up payment plan they will always manage to not be able to work with you. I personally will be taking my business elsewhere. Not dealing with people who do not have customer service skills and are just plain rude. And let alone when you call you always get voicemail and they never call back..
