Tony and Trey were awesome! They went the extra mile (literally) - to Orlando and back into after hours to take care of us! Blue (the Mgr.) was also very accommodating and helpful with our custom moving needs. Highly recommend!
I ordered a couch and barstools from rooms to go scheduled to be delivered between 4:45-5pm. Yasmany and his coworker didn’t show up until 9pm after multiple calls to them. Then they refuse to take the couch off the truck and state it’s because it won’t fit in the elevator and they’re not allowed to go up to my floor through the outdoor staircase.
