We had Grand Central deliver multiple appliances several times. Their delivery team is respectful, careful, and very good at putting the appliances in place and getting them setup. If you are even thinking about going to Lowe’s in West Hazleton instead you will be making a big mistake. They subcontract deliveries to 3rd party fly by night outfits who will trash your property and the managers at Lowe’s will treat you disrespectfully, do absolutely nothing to help, and give you the runaround to boot

We have gone to Grand Central for several of our home appliance and furniture needs. From the minute you walk through the door, their staff is very friendly,experienced and knowledgeable in the products they sell. Delivery is scheduled quickly and we always had an excellent experience. We also love that we are purchasing from a family owned business rather than a corporate chain store. They also stand behind their products with any issues.
They send a guy to my house to install a stovetop. HE BREAKS THE BURNER HE INSTALLED. HAS TO COME BACK NEXT WEEK. COMES BACK... now the rest of the stove doesn’t work!!! He’s coming back today. NEVER shows up even close to on time. Always forgetting to come. DONT USE THEM.

RecommendedOrdered all our appliances, including washer and dryer here. Staff was extremely helpful and took the extra time to make sure we ordered all the necessary parts for hookup. Great prices and great staff! Delivery was a snap. I would definitely recommend to anyone and everyone. 😊👍🏻👍🏻

have been going to them for a few years. washer and dryer set. fridge. and 2 couches. have a good time every time I stop in. staff is very friendly and knowledgeable and never makes you feel like a pain in the butt for not knowing what they do. They have always gone above and beyond !
