Waited seven months for warranty work. They didn’t return calls. Finally got a call and they said that they had my part for five months but were waiting for another unnecessary part.

My place to go for all our appliance needs. Expert sales staff and exemplary service.
Went to 3 different places to look for a mattress, the other places made you feel rushed. But up there you told them what you thought you were looking for and price range, they showed you a big selection in that price range to pick from, and try out then they left you alone till you were ready, not rushed. Then they came back when you were ready then they explained the difference in each mattress. Never pushed you to buy a more expensive one. Have it 3 nights and love it
I’d like to extend sincere gratitude to Justin and the staff at GC. I was due to have new appliances delivered at 8:30am on Thursday, the day a storm took out the power to Beech Mt. Lakes for the entire day! The guys were kind enough to rearrange their entire schedule to accommodate my delivery. You cannot get that kind of service from Lowe’s.
I have been an avid fan of Grand Central for decades. Not only do they carry quality merchandise at great prices, they will find merchandise that even Google fails to find! They are a local family owned business that treats every customer like a member of their family. They are always courteous, friendly and will go out of their way to help you. If I could give them 10 stars, I would!
