This is my daughters uni accommodation, the flat communal areas are in need of a refresh as there was some damage to kickboards etc but her room is a good size and has everything she needed. The location is very central and any staff we encountered were friendly. Be warned if you are moving in though that there are no lifts until you get to the second floor so you have a lot of steps to walk up before you get to them.
Place is good, room condition are ok, far from university but close to city centre but the elevator service is horrible. Atleast once a week the elevator is down, it's been almost two months since I moved here and the elevator is been down atleast 15-20times
