Eh, a little shallow comment by me Okay, I honestly don't know that much about Grand Canyon University, other than its really bad reputation for being meaninglessly more expensive than a lot of Arizona colleges and universities and offering a low-quality educational experience. A lot of my friends and teachers don't even mention this university when they list in-state universities, I guess it's just that bad. GCU is a Great Place! Okay, okay, GCU has gotten a bad rep in local press because they have new owners and came close to shutting their doors. This is a very good university. Myself and friends considered schools such as Stanford, Univ of WA, Berkley, and so on. We chose to come here. The professors are knowledgeable and supportive. The dorms are new and the student union and everything in it is new. Tuition is less than ASU and other local schools and much less than other private universities. Grand Canyon University Grand Canyon University is an outstanding University in the Phoenix, AZ area. Class sizes are very small, so you will get more one on one attention. Most classes average anywhere from 16-35 students. Professors are outstanding! They offer a wide variety of classes, and well as degree programs. It is convienently located on Camelback Rd., and 35th Ave.
