It's an experience. You have to do this just once in your life. It's not just a train ride to the Grand Canyon, it's the experience. From the early gun battle before you leave, to the entertainment along the way - it was just great. The kids just loved it.

Great fun! We had the most fun on this train ride. They have a fun reenactment of a train robbery that the kids just loved. The seats were comfortable and the scenery was beautiful. We would definitely do it again.

Now this was fun...... I simply loved this trip from start to finish. The ride into the Grand Canyon from Williams, AZ took about 2 hours, 15 minutes and drops you off at the South rim where you have several hours to explore. On the return, they switched from a diesel to steam engine and then about 3/4 of the way back, the cow boys, on horses started shooting, stopped the train & robbed the passengers. It was such fun. The entire staff knows how to run a class business. There are several classes of cars, priced appropriately. They supplied knowledgable car attendants that made sure you had plenty of water. Definately one of the best parts of our trip.

Fun and easy way to see the Grand Canyon We took this trip through AAA. It is a very good deal. You arrive at Williams, AZ and after dinner, spend the night at the hotel. Next morning, after breakfast (all meals included in this package), you board the train for the Grand Canyon. It is a lovely and relaxing trip lasting 2 hours and 15 minutes. There are several classes of accommodations on the train. Refreshments are served.
