Back in June 2021 I purchased a LG refrigerator. They said it was in stock and when did I want it delivered. I was in the process iof buying a condo and was waiting for the closing.When I called the manager Jeff Serr, he never rerurned my calls. Bought a refrigerator first of June and by August 3 still not received. Visited store today and was told delivery scheduled for August 12 but they couldn't guarantee that because they might sell it out from under me. Hugh? So I called customer service when I got home with this information and asked them if they would guarantee my delivery date by August 12 if in fact it would not be sold out from under me. CS hemmed and hawed and couldn't seem to give me any assurance, so I just got more angry and cancelled the order. Wanted... read more
