My mum spent 7 weeks here after falling over. She couldn’t of had better care from all staff. My mum was treated extremely well from her personal care to wellbeing, when my mum was unwell the staff had an appointment with a doctor in or online consultation with in a few hours. The staff spoke to every resident and their families with warmth and compassion. Nothing was to much for the staff. Very helpful and skilled Reablement assistants available 24*7 for all the assistance of service users. Physiotherapists being available on the daytime for the rehabilitation and advancement in mobility. Good management and staff. Focused on rehabilitation Good infrastructure and family ambience.

The staff are very helpful & kind. I found the place clean,tidy and quiet. There are set visiting times. I go in the afternoon from 2 till 4.
