The firm has been very professional in assisting my family with matters. Highly recommended.
When I originally called up there, the lady who answered was very rude with a simple "Grana & Teibel" when she answered in a tone that clearly represented she was having a bad day / loathed her job. Then when I asked to speak with the CPA, she snidely remarked, "who exactly are you looking for?". After dragging the name of one of the 2 CPA's out of her, she said that they weren't in and said that she would transfer me to voicemail. Then she just hung up on me.
