Offered a partial refund over the phone, then reneged on the offer when I came into the store. To be fair $30 does look like it could send this business over the edge.
I went back to Grand Prix Cycles after being disappointed with some larger ones in Carnegie. I found Dean to be honest & straight to the point. I was pleased with their full service & when I returned with a minor fault Dean was happy to fix it for no cost. I would highly recommend Grand Prix!
Lovely store that's staple on the street.
Love these guys. Dean is always super helpful, from ordering in special parts needed at short notice, chasing down info about products, bike fitting, or just borrowing a bike box to travel with, the care is always there. Matt is a rippa mechanic too. Always great for a chat. Thanks!
