I have worked at Grammer Logistics for the past 7 years. It has been an awesome journey, working with the best in the people in the trucking industry. I have seen us grow from 200 trucks to over 500 trucks in the time I have been here. I was trusted with the opportunity to become a Safety Trainer, and I have learned so much. I wouldn't recommend going any where else to drive or work.
I have enjoyed being employed by such an outstanding organization. I've had several different roles here, including a driver. This organization is a big supporter of their drivers and believes in promoting within. It has taken on many changes over the years, but I've enjoyed each new adventure, and I look forward to growing with Grammer!!
Poor management with. Dumb inside house rules
Offering $3700 a week for a Owner Op.. HAZMAT hauler is a total joke!! Speaks volumes about what kind of a company this is!! I'm an OO with 3 trucks pulling HAZMAT for years, my drivers make that in a week! You must be one broke OO to pull loads at the same amount you pay your driver!! LOL GREED IS ONE OF THE DEADLY SINS!!! I feel so sad when I see our brothers and sisters serving the wrong master!
