Gramercy Court has had what I would describe as a facelift (appears recently) and the look is far more inviting than any skilled nursing facility (SNF) i visited (personally) in the Sacto area (03/2026). Gramercy is taking such great care of my mother. They have a great staff and my mom feels very cared for
My mother-in-law had to come here post ER visit at Kaiser for UTI recovery due to her instability with walking. The staff took great care of her, monitored and administered her medications and ensure that she recovered from her infection. She never once fell at this facility, where at another SNF, she fell the first day there. The reason I did not give five stars because of the lack of communication since admission.
