First time in to visit patient and it was a pleasurable experience, The admission was a new experience, with camera and tags and a VERY POLITE YOUNG LADY at the desk. She was very help for the checking in procedure. +++++ Star Service.
Gramercy Rehab facility is an excellent nursing home. The patients are well cared for and the staff are engaged, caring and friendly.
What a lovely place, very clean, very nice people, and it had a beautiful dining area, and very quite.
Wonderful place the staff was very welcoming
Reception staff was super nice and had a big smile.
