My husband and I placed a custom order with grain to glory after seeing his work at Delaware valley A day. We contacted him numerous times for a Father’s Day gift. I agree with the postings that the products are great craftsmanship, however, the customer service is hands down the worst. Bought the Air Force bottle opener for my Airman and it has been nothing short of a disaster! I purchased a larger flag Oct 11th in Ellicottville NY and ordered the bottle opener that was promised within the next few weeks.
