Ben and his staff were phenomenal to work with. I can’t give them enough praise for the care they took in ensuring my husband’s wedding day attire was perfect on him. They tailored his dress shirt/pants in house, helped him pick out shoes and a bow tie, and took the time to help us choose the perfect shirt by showing us the difference in colors/textures. This is why it’s important to shop small— the attention to detail and customer service were unmatched.
I took my jeans there to see if they can repair them. The girl tells me they can and the price and that they'll be ready in a few weeks. Cool. Two weeks and 2 days later, I get a call saying they can't repair my jeans. I understand its a busy time of year, but busy is no excuse for poor communication and not respecting my time. Im busy too. Great store! My boyfriends a size that is harder to fit, but Ben was on it and very helpful with options when no other place in town had anything. He even stayed an hour and a half late to help us make the timing restraints we had. Thank you Ben!!
