Used Austin for my 2022 taxes. In 2023 they filed an extension for me. Never was able to get ahold of anyone to file my taxes later in the summer. Called once or twice a week until October. Same scene played out in 2024. This year I am waiting on a 1099 from a contractor that uses Austin. He called to say it was ready and in the mail in January. March 6th and im still waiting. I have tried calling twice with no communication from Austin Accounting at all. 0/5 stars for horrible communication…had to leave one star.
Very thoughtful and professional accounting help for my small business.
