I used them one time, 2017, the following year was when I had a problem, I told them I would be out of the country, and could they defer my taxes so they could file when I return. When I got back into the country, they said they forgot and were closing down [ No apologies no referrals nothing] their offices and would be moving I had to find another accountant as my foreign income returns were past due Finding an accountant who deals with foreign income takes time.
