Calling my cellphone in an attempt to reach someone else on my household, under the guise of being an insurance company. When I try and connect them with the person, I'm left on hold for a substantial amount of time without any context as what they want. They don't actually connect me to anyone when I respond - just leave me on hold. Found out later that they a collections agency through research. F these ppl. I have blue cross through work, why am I paying full price for Dr visits? 10 - 25 dollar max copay, not $180 bucks or whatever full Dr visit is times 30 months or however many yrs. Eat my 🏀s. Why tf do I have insurance? Never heard of such lunacy. I'm not close to a leftist, but one policy I'm down with is everyone should have free healthcare, whether you have ins or not with a reasonable copay or deductible. Let blue cross payback the back visits.
A bunch of dozers! fake bills.
Harassed and accosted me over a non-existent debt with my PCP. Very rude employees that lack hearing skills. Demanded that I contact the billing department of my PCP to get a confirmation number. I refused and told them I'm not interested in doing legwork over a debt that is non-existent. Employee threatened to put the collection on my credit report. Good luck doing that when the balance is $0 and I have receipts.
