I was surprised by how quickly I was able to get an appointment to get our piano looked at! Then I was pleased with how thoroughly the technician took his time to check what all might be wrong. I was also grateful the friendliness of everyone at Grafton throughout the interchange. What a great team!

I haven’t been to the place yet, but I looked up on YouTube and the people did very good at demonstrating the organs. I hope to come here one day.
