Disgusting behaviour and customer service by this man who is the owner of the business. After 30 years of running a business he still hasn't mastered his customer service skills. Save your time and money by avoiding this shop!!!! Also, refusing to give tax invoices while expending cash only!!
I’ve just had my first chair reupholstered by Tom and the quality of his work is perfect, he is very kind. I will be taking my 250 year old dining chairs to be reupholstered at this business. I highly recommend Grafton Furnishings.
