Brock and Nathan are great! My bike was stolen and I had to order a new one. Brock gave me heaps of information and answered all my questions - even basic ones. They always make time to explain "bike stuff". Brock called me a couple of times to keep me up to date on the arrival of the new bike. When it arrived, Nathan adjusted it to my height and explained all the parts. He insisted that I take a photo of the serial number and email it to myself (just in case!). Thanks guys !
From the moment Brock ansered the call I knew my bike was in good hands; here's a guy who loves them, it's not just a job. I rode my ebike for the first time today and it goes like a dream, all the weird sounds are gone. Professional in every sense down to care tips and helping me put it in the van. Thank you!
