Was looking to gather quotes and info and all I got was emails pressuring me to sign up to their “special deals” or they would expire followed up with texts threatening the same. Today I got a call from Ali and I told him that I was put off by the pressure and he said “all you had to do was answer” I actually giggled as I am a business owner myself so would have thought that good customer service would be at the forefront of a service provider business. 🤣
I have had some issues with the roof of my premises and had to close temporary, grafter allowed me to cancel my subscription for a short period, upon re opening I simplified my menu and contacted grafter who very swiftly re wrote and programmed my epos updated me and I'm ready to go. Absolutely fabulous service do not hesitate to use this system 10/10
Our company, Sweet Dunedin is using the ePOS system and online ordering from ePOS Hybrid for a while. ePOS Hybrid made our web and mobile ordering easy for our customers without depending on 3rd party apps. ePOS Hybrid also helped to improve our operational efficiencies and meet our customer expectations. We receive great client support, too. We strongly recommend ePOS Hybrid.
Frustrated customer is an understatement. Support queries go unanswered for weeks on end. They have no management system in place for this i.e support reference numbers, ticketing systems. The system its self us feature rich with lots of potential, but as the previous review said it has major flaws and the reporting never adds up so its very difficult to cash up your tills at night. Their system works great. We are currently using their Terminal, Kitchen Display, Digital Menu and Waiter pads and it works together flawlessly. 10/10 Would recommend, and I am looking forward for their Stock Management module to be completed.
