Called this place to see if i could be represented in a very serious case matter, the woman was rude and hung up on me not once but twice. How are you a legal aid and you’re rude to potential clients ? I’m reporting her to the bar too .

I was referred to Ms. Esther after I was ghosted by another attorney office that was handling a case for me. When I say I was wowed by the professionalism and that care that was shown toward me and my case. She is actually an attorney that listens to gain an understanding of what your concerns are versus one who just listens to respond.
