I've bought a dress online from them and loved it for the wedding. However, they must've had more help before as I could get assistance for sizing purposes. Now, I can barely get help via Instagram or Facebook to get an idea of what sizing is. They need to build out their online infrastructure with sizing charts to appeal to more people if they are going to ship across the country.
I purchased a Valentine sweatshirt Jan 31. It didn’t ship until Feb 11. I didn’t receive it until Feb 19. When I text the store, they said, Sorry, we’re working on internal systems. We’ll give you a 10% discount with your next purchase and you can send it back. Quality wasn’t great, I sent it back today, it cost $20 to ship and now I only get store credit! They need to do better!
