Heard about the organisation through a friend. Very easy to make initial contact, Natasha was quick to respond and outline the next steps. Natasha is extremely professional and yet makes everything easy to understand. All questions I had no matter how small she was quick to respond to and ensured I knew how each step of the process was going to work. As anxious first-time buyers she has made the process as easy as possible for us.

This is the second time I've used Graeme John and I have to say that Natasha was brilliant. To say she went over and above for me is an understatement. The sale was very complicated and she made it all incredibly smooth. The communication was always exactly when she promised. I will only be using Graeme John for all my conveyancing form now on.
