I initially called on 7/7/25 and scheduled a consultation for 7/9/25. When the appointment time came and went with no contact from anyone, I reached out. I was given an apology and told that I would hear from someone as soon as possible before the day ended. As of 7/24/25, I have not been contacted and never received a consultation. I advise against contacting this firm. If anything, they have left the impression that if I were a client, I’d be extremely neglected.
I can’t thank Jackie enough for everything she has done for me. She went above and beyond what was required to help me through not just one, but two very difficult medical situations.
