Grady Ervin & Co is truly a classic store with great customer service and products. I went all around Charleston trying to pick out a store to make a tux for my wedding. Grady Ervin and specifically their specialist Orian stood out. Orian was the first person to offer a full consultation to answer any questions I had. This place is amazing. They only carry the finest goods.
It is a nice store with a great selection, but upon entering, hearing rude comments from a staff member to a customer about people only browsing the walls and not shopping is very discouraging. Then, I did not receive any help from anyone when I needed to try on a pair of shoes. It is unfortunate.
Great working with these guys! Love the people, store, service, selection. If you're a guy and need anything, start here. Suits, polo shirts, jeans, field gear, travel bag, etc.
