I placed an order on May 10th on the 16th they emailed me and said they were out of the size gown I need, so then I picked a different size said it will be here in the 20th but nope I got and email said it will be here on 21st well It never showed up so I got an email on Thursday the 22nd saying they ran out of the color tassel I ordered so I called and told them I need this my son is graduating in the 23rd so I had to pick a different color tassel they I overnighted it and I got it on graduation day but not in time to walk ... read more
I had a very disappointing experience with this company. I placed a time-sensitive order and only found out the items were backordered after repeatedly calling myself — no one ever reached out to notify me. Despite multiple attempts to get updates, communication was slow, and I couldn’t get anyone on the phone when I needed real-time answers. Totally outrageous shipping prices!! We were told by the school to order a gown set early (it's OCT!) from this vendor. Set costs $26.95 and they are charging $22.65 to mail to CA at their LEAST expensive rate offered! It's a cheap, lightweight gown that we don't need for 7 months! Ludicrous that they don't offer just a basic mail option. It's actually offensive. I found the same gown on Amazon for a few dollars more and free shipping and thought maybe I would just order the correct tassel from them and save the ridiculous s... read more
Not happy. Would not recommend. Ordered placed on the 10th, paid $13.58 for shipping to have by the 14th. They didn't even ship it till the 15th! Graduation is the 18th! Now, according to customer service, I won't have my order till possibly the 22nd! Will never use or recommend this company.
