We have been planning senior trips for our public high school for over 15 years, and use this company every year! Lilly and Mike are amazing to work with. They are professional, attentive, and address concerns immediately. While it is not really an option to refund money due to the cost of the group trips being based around the number of travelers, they are very helpful and flexible about making changes to remove one traveler and replace with another whenever possible for both accommodations and airline tickets. Be careful, if you have any changes that cause your child to not be able to attend they will not refund any of your money. Something to consider that when the trips are planned seven months in advance.
