We took our grandson Class Ring to resize back end of June and 2 weeks promise time 2 weeks. Well 26 July we found out the Class Ring was never fixed went back to the High School. 2nd the Company went to the High School and found the Class Ring their , so she sent it back out to be resized as of Aug 18, no ring mailed to us...
Cody the owner DOES NOT CARE ABOUT THESE GRADUATES JUST MONEY. HE LAUGHED AT MY DAUGHTER FOR NOT GETTING HER GOWN WEN WE PAID $140 FOR A PACKAGE THAT WAS LESS THAN THE OTHER PACKAGE BUT DOESNT INCLUDED THE GOWN. HE IS UNPROFESSIONAL AND ONLY CARES ABOUT RIPPING PPL OFF. I PAID $140 FOR A CUP, 2 SHIRTS AND A TASSLE...NO GOWN! I HAD TO PAY $90 MORE FOR HER GOWN WEN IF I WOULD HAVE JUST GOT THE CHEAPER PACKAGE I WOULD HAVE GOTTEN THE GOWN! I don't even know what to say. You go to one location, they say go to another. Then when you go to the other location, they say just order on-line. Where is the customer service? Gas is too high for all this running around. Both stores sale caps & gowns, right? If there is going to be a difference of where to order, that should be let know where the prices are listed, I am just saying.
