as far as living goes, this was one of the worst living situations I have been in. I was really hopeful I would like living here but there were just so many issues that I can't recommend it. first, I moved to Blacksburg in July 2021, right after a huge flood that affected the GLC. I was living on the fourth floor so the floodwaters did not affect my room at all, but my room was caked in black mold. the building is old and creaky and I'm sure that was years worth of mold stuck in the cracks of the walls/tub/ceiling vents.
